Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and digitally-savvy Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer program. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with creators and influencers who align with the House of Rare aesthetic and values - driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand objectives.
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across tiers - nano, micro, macro, and celebrity - across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Negotiate MOUs/contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers and their management teams.
Brief influencers creatively to ensure content authenticity while maintaining brand guidelines.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from gifting and shoot coordination to posting schedules and content approvals.
Track and analyze influencer campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and report regularly to leadership.
Build and maintain a strong, engaged community of brand advocates and long-term brand ambassadors.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the design, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to align influencer content with product launches.
Stay current on influencer trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activity.
Manage influencer marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
Requirements :
2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
Deep understanding of the Indian influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Strong existing relationships with influencers and talent management agencies is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with influencer tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Phyllo, Qoruz, Plixxo, or similar).
Creative eye with an understanding of what makes content resonate with fashion audiences.
Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
