Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer collaborations across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and creators
• Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and agencies
• Track campaign performance, ROI, and prepare detailed reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, social media, creative) for campaign execution
• Stay updated with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
• Ensure timely content approvals and compliance with brand guidelines

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
• Strong network of influencers and creator agencies preferred
• Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking tools
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Experience in D2C, lifestyle, or home improvement brands is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Familiarity with influencer tools (e.g., Upfluence, Winkl, Modash, etc.)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Creative thinking and trend awareness
