Influencer Marketing Specialist

We have a opening for Influencer Marketer for Hinjewadi Pune location.

Salary- 30000-45000 INR per month

Job location- Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Collaboration & Outreach

Identify and shortlist relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok-style platforms.

Manage outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies.

2. Campaign Execution

Plan & execute influencer campaigns for product launches, sales events, and brand promotions.

Create briefs, guidelines, and campaign scripts.

Ensure influencers deliver content as per brand guidelines, timelines, and quality.

3. Performance Tracking

Track campaign KPIs: reach, views, engagement, conversions.

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Evaluate ROI and optimize future campaigns.

4. Content & Trend Research

Spot trending formats, reels, challenges, audio, and creator niches.

Recommend creative concepts for influencer videos & collabs.

5. Database & Coordination

Maintain influencer database (micro, macro, celebrity tiers).

Co-ordinate product dispatches, payments, and follow-ups.

Strong communication + negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Basic understanding of Instagram analytics & social media metrics.

Prior experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand) is mandatory
