About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and creator-savvy Influencer Marketing Executive to build regional influencer activations across Instagram and YouTube. This role requires someone who understands regional creator ecosystems, beauty trends, internet culture and can build strong relationships with creators across different markets and languages.

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from creator outreach to execution, reporting and analysis
• Coordinate barter and paid collaborations with creators across Instagram & YouTube
• Identify, onboard and build relationships with regional beauty, lifestyle and fashion creators across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 markets
• Execute regional creator activations, events, launches and on-ground influencer initiatives
• Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and performance learnings
• Stay updated on beauty trends, viral formats and regional creator movements

Key Skills Required:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing & creator partnerships
• Understanding of regional creator ecosystems and beauty content trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with creator coordination, event execution, and fast-paced environments
