About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and soft-spoken Talent Management Executive for our Influencer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to brands, managing collaborations, and scouting talented influencers/content creators across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing trends, has strong communication skills, and can build professional relationships with brands and creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to brands for collaboration and partnership opportunities
• Scout and onboard influencers/content creators across various niches
• Coordinate between brands and influencers for campaign execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and clients
• Assist in talent management and campaign coordination
• Track ongoing campaigns and ensure timely communication
• Stay updated with social media and influencer marketing trends

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Talent Management / Brand Outreach
• Soft-spoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong networking and negotiation abilities
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidate must own a personal laptop
• Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and influencer ecosystem

• Good knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and trends
• Organized and proactive approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and collaborations simultaneously
