Role Overview:

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns by sourcing creators, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with campaign requirements
  • Reach out to creators and manage communication throughout the collaboration lifecycle
  • Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers
  • Coordinate campaign execution including briefs, content timelines, and approvals
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage influencer relationships for repeat collaborations
  • Track campaign performance and maintain reports on deliverables and outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, and emerging creators

Requirements:

  • 02 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
