Job Title : Influencer Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand values.
- Influencer Relations: Identify, vet, and build relationships with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), ensuring they are a perfect fit for client campaigns.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide campaign updates, and ensure all deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop engaging and on-brand content that drives results.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize influencer content, targeting, and strategy.
- Reporting: Provide clients with regular campaign reports, performance metrics, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies, platforms, and tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with influencers and clients.
- Experience working with top-tier brands in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or FMCG sectors is a plus.
