Role Overview:
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns by sourcing creators, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with campaign requirements
- Reach out to creators and manage communication throughout the collaboration lifecycle
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers
- Coordinate campaign execution including briefs, content timelines, and approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage influencer relationships for repeat collaborations
- Track campaign performance and maintain reports on deliverables and outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, and emerging creators
Requirements:
- 02 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related roles
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
