About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Influencer Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. You will work closely with creators, track campaign performance, and contribute to the growth and success of our influencer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting competitive research to identify influencer marketing trends and opportunities.
• Development and execution of influencer strategies aligned with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• Help identify and onboard creators across beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and other relevant categories.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers to foster authentic collaborations.
• Monitor influencer performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, performance) to coordinate influencer content in line with marketing plans.
• Preparing regular reports to track influencer campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Stay informed on emerging social media platforms, tools, and creator trends to support innovative campaign ideas.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance data.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about content creation, influencers, and community engagement.
