Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing role based in Bengaluru. The Influencer Marketing professional will identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, educators, and content creators across social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and others. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing influencer relationships, negotiating collaborations, coordinating content briefs, and ensuring timely campaign execution. The role involves planning and tracking influencer campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions. The professional will work closely with social media, content, and sales teams to align influencer initiatives with brand goals and product launches, while maintaining consistent brand messaging and compliance with platform guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Influencer Marketing skills, including identifying talent, managing partnerships, and executing performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform trends, audience behavior, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent Communication and Public Relations abilities to build long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Sales and negotiation skills to structure win-win collaborations and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, ROI, and optimize strategy.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in edtech, consumer internet, or youth-focused brands is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
