Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing Strategy

1: Own influencer marketing as a full-funnel growth channel, driving awareness, consideration, conversion, and advocacy aligned to business and revenue goals.

2: Design annual and quarterly strategies mapped to media plans, customer funnel stages, and key business KPIs.

3: Develop platform-specific approaches across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging formats, optimizing for engagement and conversions.

4: Plan and manage budgets to maximize ROI, with continuous optimization and cross-functional alignment (Brand, Performance, Analytics, Finance).

Influencers collaboration and consumer engagement

1: Identify and onboard relevant creators and celebrities aligned with brand voice, audience, and campaign objectives.

2: Lead end-to-end partnerships and negotiations, including deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity, and performance-linked pricing.

3: Build and nurture a strong influencer ecosystem and online community to drive long-term advocacy.

4: Drive consumer engagement through targeted campaigns, personalized communication, and creator-led storytelling.

Content/Campaign Design & Performance Tracking

1: Co-create platform-native, high-impact content ensuring strong storytelling, brand fit, and performance focus.

2: Define and track holistic success metrics across:

a: Content (reach, engagement, watch time)

b: Efficiency (CPM, CPE, CPC)

c: Business impact (CPA, conversions, revenue, ROAS)

3: Implement robust attribution models (UTMs, promo codes, affiliate links, pixel tracking) to measure impact.

4: Drive continuous optimization via A/B testing, cohort analysis, benchmarking, and actionable insights.

Industry Trends

1: Monitor emerging trends, platforms, and formats within the influencer ecosystem.

2: Leverage market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to adopt best-in-class practices.

3: Collaborate with data/research partners to derive actionable consumer insights.

4: Integrate trend-led creativity with data-driven insights to keep campaigns relevant and effective.
