About Tash Hair
Tash Hair is a personal care brand in the hair styling space. Influencer marketing is our primary growth channel, drivingthe majority ofour traffic and sales.
We're looking for someone to lead this function - set the strategy, build the playbook, and enable our team to execute at a higher level.
What You'll Do
Own influencer marketing strategy and outcomes
Diagnose and fix gaps in the current workflow - establish a consistent3-week content buffer
Build frameworks for influencer selection, rate negotiation, content briefing, and approval cycles
Set and enforce performance benchmarks across CPV, engagement, and conversion metrics
Manage and upskill influencermanagerswho handle day-to-day creator relationships
Create reporting rhythms and dashboards for pipeline health and content performance visibility
Identify growth opportunities - new platforms, content formats, creator segments worth testing
This Role is NOT
Doing influencer outreach and coordination yourself (you have a team for that)
Execution-heavy work - this is about building systems and leading people
You Should Have
4-6 years in influencer marketing with at least 2 years inpeople management role
Experience buildinginfluencerprograms from scratch or turning around underperforming ones
Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem - rates, formats, and personal care/grooming/lifestyle space
Ability to create simple, practical SOPs that a small team can follow
Track record of managing and developing junior team members
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to figure things out independently
Good to Have
Agency background with multi-brand influencer ops experience
Experience with D2C or marketplace brands
Exposure to performance marketing andfull-funnelthinking
