Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term partnerships with influencers, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. This role demands a strategic thinker who is results-driven, trend-focused, and exceptional at relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:

-Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences.

-Develop innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

2. Influencer Identification & Partnerships:

-Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.

-Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.

3. Content Development & Coordination:

-Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.

-Ensure timely and impactful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.

-Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement.

5. Budget Management:

-Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI.

6. Trend Analysis:

-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices.

Provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

-Fluent in English and Hindi: Strong communication skills to engage with diverse influencers and teams effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field..
