Job Role: Manager - Influencer Marketing - Outreach

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

We are looking for an  Sr Executive/Manager, Influencer Marketing  – Outreach who can drive influencer discovery, outreach, and onboarding for top brands.

You must have strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and the ability to identify, connect, and build relationships with creators at scale. 

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding influencers 

  • Customize outreach strategies based on target audience and marketing goals
  • Manage timelines and ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with influencers
  • Research and identify relevant influencers, bloggers, and online media
  • Work closely with influencers and their managers to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead cost negotiations along with business teams 

Campaign Coordination 

  • Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ensure all influencer content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Understand client requirements and align outreach accordingly
  • Identify new opportunities for the brand to leverage influencer marketing effectively.

Relationship Management 

  • Build relationships with influencers before and after collaboration

Performance Tracking 

  • Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer outreach or influencer marketing at a creative agency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Access to influencer contacts and networks is needed.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and outreach dynamics
  • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools
