We're on the lookout for an ambitious and dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager who thrives on executing large-scale influencer campaigns with speed, precision, and impact. If you have strong connections with boutique influencer agencies, excel at driving barter collaborations, and know how to onboard influencers quickly, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

• Plan, execute, and scale influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Identify and onboard the right influencers at scale, aligning with campaign goals and timelines.
• Leverage your extensive network of influencer agencies and creators to bring on the best talent for campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, strategy, tech) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outputs.
• Track and monitor campaign performance, ensuring timely delivery and results.
• Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with influencers and managers, driving repeat collaborations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, particularly with influencer marketing agencies.
• Strong network of influencers and agencies across various niches.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns, deliver under tight deadlines, and move with agility.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of content that drives engagement and reach.
