Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Manage outreach, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines for all campaign executions.
- Track campaign performance using metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
- Work alongside content, social media, and performance marketing teams to optimize campaigns.
Requirements
23 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.
Proven experience managing influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and content formats.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Experience with influencer discovery tools or social media analytics platforms is a plus
