About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist who deeply understands the creator ecosystem and can lead influencer campaigns strategically from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, execution-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of independently handling brands, creators, budgets, and campaign strategy end to end. This role requires someone who understands what kind of content strategy should be built for a brand, what concepts can make campaigns successful, and how to execute campaigns smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with both brands and creators.
Key Responsibilities:
-Strategise and plan end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across categories
-Build content and creator strategies based on campaign objectives and audience insights
-Come up with strong creative concepts, campaign ideas, hooks, and content angles
-Identify what type of concept or storytelling approach can drive the overall campaign strategy
-Handle complete campaign execution from creator onboarding to content delivery and reporting
-Manage campaign budgets, P&L, creator commercials, and overall profitability
-Maintain strong relationships with brands, creators, and talent managers
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
-Share qualitative and creative feedback on scripts, concepts, and influencer videos
-Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights
-Stay updated with social media trends, creator trends, and platform updates
-Handle difficult conversations, manage escalations smoothly, and proactively solve problems during campaigns -Ensure timelines, deliverables, and campaign quality standards are maintained throughout execution
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management
-Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator-led content ecosystem
-Proven experience in strategising and managing large-scale influencer campaigns
-Strong creative lens and ability to identify winning content concepts and trends
-Ability to think from both branding and performance marketing perspective
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
-Strong ownership mindset with problem-solving capabilities
-Experience in handling campaign budgets and P&L
-Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
-Strong understanding of content quality, scripting, and creative QC
Preferred:
-Experience working with D2C brands and performance driven campaigns
-Existing network of creators, managers, and influencer agencies
-Experience in leading teams or mentoring junior team members
