Brand Marketing Manager – Social, Influencer & Growth
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Brand Marketing professional to lead the brand's owned social channels, influencer ecosystem, and affiliate-led growth initiatives.
This role requires a strong blend of creative judgement, growth thinking, execution rigor, and platform understanding. The ideal candidate should be deeply tuned into fashion, internet culture, social media behavior, and creator ecosystems, while also being highly metric-driven and solution-oriented.
You will work closely with brand, creative, growth, and content teams to build high-performing brand and creator programs that drive engagement, awareness, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
In-House Content Ownership & Growth of Owned Handles (All Channels)
Own and drive growth across all owned social media handles:
- Instagram
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- X
- Own content planning, publishing, and execution across all platforms
- Decide what goes live vs. what doesn't on a daily basis
- Maintain a fashion-first, aspirational, and premium brand bar at scale
- Drive platform-native content strategies aligned with engagement and growth goals
- Track reporting metrics, insights, and key performance takeaways
Influencer & Affiliate Growth
- Build and scale influencer marketing programs and creator partnerships
- Drive affiliate-led growth initiatives and creator collaborations
- Identify high-ROI creators, trends, and partnership opportunities
- Manage end-to-end influencer execution including outreach, briefs, tracking, and reporting
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI metrics
Sale-Mode Switching & Events
- Own transition between:
- Always-on brand mode
- Sale/event-led communication mode
- Coordinate campaign amplification with performance marketing teams
- Ensure commercial/sale communication does not dilute overall brand quality and positioning
Editorial Judgement & Brand Governance
- Enforce consistency, clarity, and quality of brand voice across channels
- Identify content that may be technically correct but dilutes brand perception
- Balance trend-driven experimentation with feed consistency and aesthetic coherence
- Maintain strong editorial judgement across content formats and campaigns
Team Direction & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with junior editors, interns, internal creators, and external partners
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback
- Improve content quality through fast iteration and refinement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and brand teams to drive execution excellence
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer/Creator Marketing, Content-led growth
- Strong understanding of: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X ecosystems
- Fashion/lifestyle content and internet culture
- Social-first storytelling and engagement drivers
- Influencer and affiliate ecosystems
- Highly metric-driven with strong understanding of engagement, growth, and conversion metrics
- Strong creative judgement and brand sensibility
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Preferred Background
- Ecommerce / D2C / Fashion / Lifestyle brands
- Experience working with creators, agencies, and performance marketing teams
- Prior exposure to growth-focused brand marketing environments
