Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for an Influencer Marketing Manager. The role involves managing ongoing influencer campaigns, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, and creating impactful strategies to enhance brand awareness. You will oversee content production, analyze campaign outcomes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work to foster organic brand advocacy in targeted niches. Collaboration and creative problem-solving will be critical to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Influencer Marketing, Relationship Building, and Stakeholder Management
• Proficiency in Campaign Execution, Data Analysis, and Performance Metrics
• Strong experience in Content Strategy, Brand Storytelling, and Copywriting
• Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Digital Marketing, and Audience Segmentation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with influencers and partners effectively
• Ability to develop creative strategies and adapt to dynamic marketing environments
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in influencer marketing for emerging brands or industries would be a plus
