Role: Influencer Marketing ManagerWe're looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end and can independently own execution, coordination, and delivery across multiple brands.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our South Delhi office.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end from brief to execution
Scout, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across categories
Lead influencer outreach, negotiations, and closures
Coordinate with influencers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality checks
Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and reporting
Guide and mentor influencer marketing executives
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, briefs, and platform mandates
What We're Looking ForPrior experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of influencer sourcing, negotiations, and campaign execution
Ability to independently handle multiple campaigns and stakeholders
Good communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment
