Work Schedule: 6 days a week (5 days work from office, Saturday WFH)

Key Responsibilities

Find and onboard influencers on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Handle multiple influencer campaigns at the same time

Close influencer deals end-to-end

Manage contracts, commercials, and influencer coordination

Help with scripting influencer content as per brand guidelines

Execute campaigns, manage timelines, and get approvals

Track deliverables and follow up for timely execution

Ability Deliver results in tight TATs

Requirements

Fluency in English and any one of Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam (spoken

and written) is mandatory

• Atleast 4-6 months of prior experience
• Interest in influencer marketing and social media

Ability to handle multiple influencers and campaigns

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of content creation and scripting

Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working from the office

Good to Have

Experience as a content creator

Prior experience working with influencers or an influencer marketing agency
