Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, compile insights, and understand how data shapes strategies and decisions.
Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on social media trends, formats, and conversations, helping the team stay ahead in a fast-moving digital space.
What We're Looking For
Social Media Awareness: Someone who actively follows creators and platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Creative Mindset: You enjoy thinking up new ideas and exploring fresh approaches.
Strong Communication: Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity to Learn: An interest in understanding how influencer marketing works and a willingness to grow in the space.
Foundational Know-How: Basic exposure to digital marketing or creator collaborations is helpful, but not essential.
Organized & Proactive: Comfortable managing multiple tasks and contributing effectively in a fast-moving environment.
