Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to drive brand awareness and sales. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with influencer marketing agencies or D2C brands in the health, wellness, or skincare space.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and connect with relevant Instagram & YouTube influencers in health, wellness, and lifestyle niches.
- Reach out to influencers via DMs, email, and influencer platforms.
- Build and maintain a database of influencers and creators.
Campaign Execution
- Coordinate with influencers for product seeding, barter collaborations, and paid campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure content goes live as per campaign schedule.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with micro and macro influencers.
- Negotiate collaboration costs and deliverables.
Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Share campaign reports and insights with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing.
- Experience working with D2C brands or influencer marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystems.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience managing micro-influencers (10K–200K followers) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and affiliate campaigns is preferred.
