Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers, nurturing professional relationships
- Lead negotiations to secure collaborations, product gifts, and content deliverables
- Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and ensure ontime campaign execution
- Track campaign performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and build Excel reports
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Handle 35 simultaneous brand campaigns, staying disciplined under pressure
- Present campaign updates and results to internal teams
What We're Looking For:
- 6months1year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media (including internships)
- Hands-on with influencer outreach, coordination, or managing social campaigns
- Strong negotiation skillsable to close influencer collaborations
- Excellent communication skillsproactive, clear, and relationship-driven
- Advanced Excel proficiency for budget tracking, content calendars, and KPI reporting
- Comfort working onsite in Delhi, meeting strict deadlines, and delivering under pressure
- Highly disciplined, well-organized, and effective at multitasking.
