We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate/Executive to help scale our creator partnerships and make MasterChow a loved brand across platforms.
Role Description
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role requires a mix of creator discovery, relationship management, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers/creators aligned with MasterChow's brand voice
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, monthly drops, and brand-building initiatives
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaborations: outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with creators to ensure timely content delivery and brand-aligned messaging
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROAS where applicable)
- Maintain influencer databases, contracts, and payment trackers
- Work closely with social media, performance marketing, and brand teams
- Stay updated on creator trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in influencer marketing (agency or brand-side)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
- Basic understanding of metrics like engagement rate, CPM, CPA, etc.
- Passion for food, pop culture, and digital trends is a big plus
