Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
Identify and onboard relevant influencers, nurturing professional relationships
Lead negotiations to secure collaborations, product gifts, and content deliverables
Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and ensure ontime campaign execution
Track campaign performance using KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) and build Excel reports
Work in a fast-paced environment
Handle 3–5 simultaneous brand campaigns, staying disciplined under pressure
Present campaign updates and results to internal teams

What We're Looking For:

6months–1year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Social Media (including internships)
Hands-on with influencer outreach, coordination, or managing social campaigns
Strong negotiation skills—able to close influencer collaborations
Excellent communication skills—proactive, clear, and relationship-driven
Advanced Excel proficiency for budget tracking, content calendars, and KPI reporting
Comfort working onsite in Delhi, meeting strict deadlines, and delivering under pressure
Highly disciplined, well-organized, and effective at multitasking.
