About The Artment

The Artment is a fast-growing contemporary home décor and furniture brand focused on functional, design-led products for modern Indian homes. We collaborate with creators at scale and are looking for someone who can own influencer marketing execution end-to-end and help scale this channel further.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Influencer Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of experience to manage and scale influencer collaborations for The Artment. This role requires someone who can source creators, manage campaigns at scale, negotiate effectively, and track performance-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Sourcing & Outreach
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Build and maintain a strong influencer database
  • Source creators aligned with The Artment's brand positioning and target audience
  • Reach out and onboard 15–20 influencers per week
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end
  • Share briefs, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables
  • Coordinate with creative and performance marketing teams
  • Ensure timely posting and campaign execution
Negotiation & Relationship Management
  • Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and usage rights
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
  • Convert creators into long-term brand ambassadors
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Track campaign metrics including reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Identify top-performing influencers and scale partnerships
  • Optimize campaigns for better ROI
Trend & Market Research
  • Stay updated with content trends and viral formats
  • Identify new creator opportunities and content formats
  • Benchmark competitor influencer strategies

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Experience working with D2C brands (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and creator ecosystem
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns at scale
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and execution-focused

  • Experience managing high-volume influencer collaborations
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven influencer marketing
  • Experience using influencer tools and tracking sheets
