We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Expert/ Executive who can also handle administrative tasks to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing calendar.
• Coordinate content creation, briefing, and timely delivery of influencer posts and collaborations.
• Maintain an influencer database and build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Collaborate with social media and content teams to amplify influencer-generated content.
• Research emerging influencer trends, platforms, and campaign ideas to drive innovation

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Creative thinker with an eye for trends and storytelling.
