About The Opportunity

A fast-growing digital marketing agency in the EdTech and upskilling sector, we help global brands and learning platforms scale through data-driven influencer collaborations, creator-led campaigns, and performance-focused content ecosystems. We work with Tier-1 creators across social platforms to drive measurable brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement—fast.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and onboard high-performing influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms like Twitch and Telegram—aligned with campaign goals.
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and performance metrics (CPM, CPA, UTM tracking) directly with creators and agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaign execution: brief creation, content approval, delivery tracking, and ROI reporting.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic influencer database with performance history, niche specialization, and engagement benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to optimize content strategy based on real-time campaign KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, creator trends, and emerging influencer marketing tools to recommend innovative approaches.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Influencer marketing platforms (AspireIQ, Traackr, Upfluence)
  • Social listening tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Klear)
  • UTM tracking & campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Bitly)
  • Content performance metrics (ER, CTR, CPC, ROAS)
  • Agency-side campaign management experience
  • Contract negotiation & creator onboarding workflows

Preferred

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B influencer marketing
  • Working knowledge of Creator Marketplaces (FameBit, #paid, Grapevine)
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Shop or YouTube Shopping integrations
