Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives and marketing calendar.
- Coordinate content creation, briefing, and timely delivery of influencer posts and collaborations.
- Maintain an influencer database and build long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
- Collaborate with social media and content teams to amplify influencer-generated content.
- Research emerging influencer trends, platforms, and campaign ideas to drive innovation
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with an eye for trends and storytelling.
