Role Description
The Influencer Marketing Executive will drive influencer campaign execution by managing creator partnerships, overseeing content delivery, and tracking performance metrics. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality content output, optimal engagement, and seamless collaboration between creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from creator shortlisting and outreach to content publishing and post-campaign analysis.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer partnerships aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
- Coordinate content briefs, approvals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high-quality and on-time execution.
- Track campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
- Optimize campaign execution based on performance insights and data-driven learnings.
- Maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and platform partners.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, platform policies, and contractual deliverables.
- Manage negotiations, commercials, and documentation with influencers where required.
- Prepare performance reports and campaign summaries for internal teams and clients Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution across campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
- Experience working with creators, talent managers, or influencer agencies Strong understanding of influencer commercials, deliverables, and end-to-end campaign workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in agency or fast-paced marketing environments is preferred.
- Very well-versed with the Esports ecosystem, including gaming creators, teams, tournaments, and platform-specific content trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for campaign tracking & reporting.
