About Dermatouch
Dermatouch is a fast-growing D2C skincare and dermatology-led brand focused on delivering effective, science-backed solutions. We are strengthening our digital presence and are looking for a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to scale influencer partnerships and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and dermatologists
- Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and content usage rights with influencers
- Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Share performance insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the content, performance marketing, and D2C teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty, skincare, or D2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with influencer tools, reporting, and analytics
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
