About Dermatouch

Dermatouch is a fast-growing D2C skincare and dermatology-led brand focused on delivering effective, science-backed solutions. We are strengthening our digital presence and are looking for a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketing Executive to scale influencer partnerships and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and dermatologists
  • Coordinate product seeding, campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
  • Negotiate commercials, contracts, and content usage rights with influencers
  • Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
  • Share performance insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the content, performance marketing, and D2C teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives
  • Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in influencer marketing (beauty, skincare, or D2C preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with influencer tools, reporting, and analytics
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
