We are Delhi / Bombay based with clients pan India and few in the USA. With clients like Mattel (UNO &Barbie), Ferns N Petals, Cars 24, Shaadi.com, Hyatt Hotels and the coolest D2C brands, we are excited about building Influencer Marketing as a service offering.
Role Description
This is a contractual position in full-time capacity. It is a hybrid role for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator, based in New Delhi with partial work-from-home flexibility.
This is a fresher role with full-time interns to first full-time jobbers
KRAs & Responsibilities:
- Campaign management
- Sourcing relevant influencer profiles, costs and metrics
- Coordinating with bigger influencer marketing agencies
- Prepping campaign brief deck with brand guidelines in collaboration with creative team
- Coordinating with client on shipping products, locking brief, cost approvals
- End-to-end briefing, sourcing influencer assets (reels, photos), managing go-live dates
- Final campaign reporting
Influencer databank development
- Sourcing new and established influencer profiles, fostering professional relationships with influencers, and monitoring partnerships.
- Identifying emerging influencers and negotiating best costs
- Developing company influencer databank across industries (fashion, beauty, F&B, events, gaming, cars, finance) and segments (kids, moms, genz, gen alpha etc)

Qualifications
- Experience with influencer marketing, partnership coordination, and relationship management
- Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and execute data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of D2C and startup ecosystems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- A proactive attitude, ability to work in a hybrid environment, and a passion for marketing trends and strategies
