We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketing Coordinator to identify, manage, and execute influencer collaborations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across social media platforms
- Coordinate influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and timelines
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure brand guideline compliance
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and agencies
- Stay updated with influencer trends and platform best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 14 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Experience working with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
