Influencer Marketing Associate

Role Overview -

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate to join our team and support the planning, execution, and management of influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, creators, and digital marketing, along with good communication and coordination skills.

• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brands.
• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators based on campaign requirements.
• Conduct creator outreach and coordinate with influencers regarding campaigns, commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
• Maintain and update influencer databases and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate with creators, brand teams, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Assist in preparing campaign proposals, creator shortlists, and presentations.
• Follow up with creators and ensure timely submission of content, scripts, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign progress and maintain regular status updates.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic campaign reports.
• Support the team in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Stay updated with social media trends, emerging creators, and developments in the influencer marketing industry.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and other industry stakeholders.

• 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
• Freshers with a strong interest in influencer marketing are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Good research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
