Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at MyWall, you will work on-site full time in our Gurugram office. You will identify, research, and qualify influencers across various platforms, help build segmented creator lists, and support outreach campaigns. You will assist in drafting outreach messages, negotiating collaborations under guidance, and coordinating campaign deliverables and timelines. On a daily basis, you will help manage influencer relationships, track content performance, and maintain accurate records of contracts and communication. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to align influencer campaigns with brand goals, gather analytics, and contribute ideas to improve creator and brand experiences on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing, including working with creators, coordinating collaborations, and understanding creator-platform dynamics.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, including platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels, with an understanding of content trends and metrics.
  • Public relations and relationship-building skills to manage influencer and brand partnerships, handle inquiries, and support reputation management.
  • Sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to support partnership pitches, negotiate win–win deals, and contribute to revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting (e.g., using spreadsheets, dashboards, or analytics tools) to track campaign performance.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer/creator tools or CRM platforms is a plus; prior experience in a startup or creator economy environment is an advantage.
