Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Systems Engineer, located in Vadodara. The engineer will be responsible for deeply understanding industrial and agricultural processes, translating real-world system behavior into structured models that can be integrated with causal intelligence frameworks.

Daily responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, identifying key process variables and constraints, and collaborating with causal inference and machine learning teams to ensure models accurately reflect system dynamics. The role also involves working closely with customers to validate insights and identify high-impact intervention points for optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing systems, or agricultural operations

• Experience in process analysis, system modeling, and operational diagnostics

• Ability to connect domain knowledge with data-driven and analytical models

• Effective communication skills to collaborate across engineering, data, and business teams

• Experience in operations excellence, lean manufacturing, or process optimization is a plus

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
