Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Causal Inference Engineer, located in Vadodara. The engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing causal inference models to understand the why behind industrial performance.

Daily tasks include conducting data analysis, creating data models, and collaborating with other team members to integrate causal insights into TheProcessInsights platform. Effective communication with cross-disciplinary teams is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling
• Clear and effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working with industrial intelligence, machine learning, or applied mathematics is a plus
• Master's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Ability to work on-site in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
