Role Description

The Operations Manager, US Shift, is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. The primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring team efficiency, and optimizing business processes. This role also involves collaborating across departments, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager will lead and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
