This is a full-time on-site role for an Indian Chef, located in Delhi, India. The Indian Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting authentic Indian dishes with high culinary standards. This role involves menu planning, food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards. The Indian Chef will collaborate with the Food Art Hospitality team to deliver premium, customized dining experiences while maintaining consistency in taste and quality.

• Extensive knowledge and expertise in Indian cuisine, including regional and traditional dishes
• Skills in menu planning, portion control, and food presentation
• Experience in kitchen management, including supervising staff and maintaining inventory
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety protocols
• Excellent time management, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to innovate and create new dishes to enhance the menu
• Prior experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar culinary role
• Culinary certification and formal training in Indian cuisine are preferred
