Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Head Chef based at our Gurugram location for our brand Madurai. The South Indian Head Chef will lead menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations to deliver authentic South Indian cuisine. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, monitoring inventory, and developing innovative recipes. The chef will also collaborate with the management team to maintain culinary excellence and ensure smooth kitchen workflows.

Salary: 35K-38K/Per Month

Qualifications

  • Expertise in preparing and presenting authentic South Indian cuisine, with a focus on both traditional and contemporary dishes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead kitchen staff and promote a collaborative work environment
  • Thorough knowledge of food quality, health, and safety standards, including inventory management and supplier coordination
