We are seeking an exceptional India Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead our hiring strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and drive large‑scale talent initiatives in a rapidly evolving business environment. This role will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment delivery across India, partnering closely with business and HR leaders to shape workforce plans, anticipate talent needs, and build forward‑looking hiring strategies aligned to growth and transformation.

As the leader of our India TA organization, you will manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and a consistently high‑quality candidate experience. You will drive execution rigor, elevate talent quality, and embed data‑driven hiring practices while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires the ability to navigate complex hiring demands, influence senior leaders, and ensure the TA team performs at scale with agility and consistency.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience leading recruitment teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, ideally within technology or advanced manufacturing. You will excel at building sustainable pipelines, strengthening employer branding, driving diversity outcomes, and delivering innovative sourcing approaches to stay ahead of the market.
