Commercial risk team provides risk solutions to businesses across many sectors within the US. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk Capital Business

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

You will be a part of Aon's US Commercial Risk will act as key point of contact for clients, providing expert advice, high quality, innovative and profitable service in accordance with the client's needs and the agreed Scope of Service Agreement. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of insurance procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures.
  • Support claims setup including data entry
  • Request and process carrier loss runs and claims documentation
  • Maintain claims records and update client claims guides and documentation
  • Verifies the accuracy and compliance of requested documentation (policies and endorsements)

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-confident to make sound independent decisions
  • Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people
  • Team player, adaptive to mentoring and continual learning
  • Must be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reports.
  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details
