Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing managed services to clients who have outsourced their finance and accounting functions to PwC
• Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per requirement of Accounting Standards
• Providing end-to-end finance and accounts solutions
• Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis with desired outcomes
• Provide support to the auditors of the client and coordinates with auditors and provides required information ensuring audit is completed on time.
• Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
• Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Develop strategies to solve client's requirements
• Continuously engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver value-added services
• Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar software would be an added advantage

Preferred Skill Sets

Experience in a multinational environment, with in depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard, Income Tax Act. Experience in Accounts payable function and reporting under Managed Services environment will be an added advantage
