Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in AI-driven initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements gathering, business analysis, and process reengineering to leverage AI technologies to address government challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Feasibility Analysis: Perform feasibility analysis for AI use cases, evaluating their potential impact and viability within government projects.
  • Progress Monitoring: Oversee AI initiatives, manage risks, and ensure that project milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare concept notes, detailed reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
  • Advisory Support: Provide guidance on AI adoption, policy frameworks, and the integration of AI technologies in public sector operations and services.
  • Collaboration and Upskilling: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful AI adoption, focusing on capacity building and upskilling government personnel.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, business process reengineering, stakeholder management, and project management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify key issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend AI-driven solutions.
  • AI Feasibility: Experience performing feasibility analysis for AI use cases and their implementation in the public sector.
  • AI Knowledge: Knowledge of AI initiatives at the national level, emerging AI trends, and their applicability to public sector projects.

Preferred Skills:

  • Public Sector Experience: Experience in AI/ML projects within the public sector or government digital transformation initiatives.
  • AI Tools: Exposure to AI/ML tools and technologies is an added advantage.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada is preferred but not mandatory.

Years of Experience Required:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in relevant roles.

Education Qualification:

  • Required:B.E. / B.Tech. or MBA.

Certifications:

  • Certifications related to AI, Business Analysis, or Project Management are a plus but not mandatory.

Optional Skills:

  • Business Process Improvement, Digital Strategy, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, Communication, Digital Transformation, and more.
