Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outreach, marketing operations, campaign operations, email marketing, and lead management. This role will be crucial in optimizing our marketing processes, analysing campaign performance, and driving lead generation efforts. 

Responsibilities:

• Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
• Marketing Operations: Manage and optimize marketing systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
• Campaign Operations: Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Email Marketing: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Lead Management: Oversee the lead management process, including lead scoring, nurturing, and tracking to ensure conversion goals are met.
• Data Analysis: Analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, and lead management.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
