- Handle legal notices government communications
- Coordinate with:
- Municipal corporations
- Revenue authorities
- Manage:
- Disputes litigation
- External lawyers
- Ensure compliance with:
- RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act)
- Property redevelopment laws
Qualifications
- LLB / LLM (Law degree)
- Minimum 7+ years experience in real estate legal work
