Job Description & Summary: We are looking for Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding services.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for GCC clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding services.

Mandatory Skill Sets

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Preferred Skill Sets

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Lead efforts to achieve revenue targets and profitability for GCC accounts.
  • Identify and close large-scale engagements, ensuring consistent growth.

Client Engagement

  • Understand client needs and challenges to provide proactive solutions.
  • Regularly engage with senior stakeholders, including CxOs, to align strategies and expectations.

Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
