Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Management:
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for automation and artificial lift systems.
- Analyze RFQs, prepare technical and commercial offers, and ensure timely submission.
Technical Expertise:
- Able to estimate engineering hours for solutions involving SCADA, PLC, RTU, and IIoT platforms.
- ProvideDigital Solution Proposalfor digital oil field mainly articial lift methods i.e. ESP, PCP, SRP, GL etc.
Costing & Estimation:
- Prepare detailed cost sheets, cashflow, resource allocation, and engineering effort estimates.
Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales teams and clients to clarify technical requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions and negotiations.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proposals meet industry standards, client specifications, and internal quality processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
- Experience:Minimum 10 years in proposal engineering foroil & gas automation projects.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge ofArtificial Lift Systems(ESP, SRP, PCP, Gas Lift).
- Expertise inSCADA, PLC, RTU, and IIoTsolutions.
